Actually, I had been helping in politics for 3 terms. The first time in 99, helping Keadilan in Pontian Johor (against Ong Ka Ting), but the one whom I helped lost.
2004, helped out Keadilan in Penang, and again, the one I helped lost.
In 2008, a lot of my class mates, school mates, uni mates contested (all under opposition). I helped 2 of them (this time I helped DAP and Keadilan), and now they become YB of the state of Penang.
I just wish my children, when they grow up, they have a better Malaysia to live in.
We need BN to suffer severe loss to help to wait Abdullah up.
ROI is one of the key indicators in measuring how good our investment is.
So, if today BN can spend millions in a by-election, if, after being elected, how much do you think they will rob from the country, in order to retain their profit?
I guess this is how "far sighted" our BN politicians (UMNO, MCA, Gerakan, MIC, etc). They are willing to put in a little bit of investment, and getting a long term "return" after ruling the countries.
No wonder MCA, MIC, Gerakan and all ther non-UMNO components wants to stay inside BN.
